1. Knees collapsing inward
This puts stress on your knees and reduces power. Focus on pushing your knees out and keeping them aligned with your toes.
2. Rounding the back
A rounded back can lead to injuries. Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and core engaged throughout the squat.
3. Not going low enough
Half reps = half results. Aim to lower your hips at least parallel to the ground (or lower if flexibility allows) to fully activate your glutes and quads.
Tip: Film yourself from the side and from the front to check your form. Small corrections make a BIG difference over time!
